Make sure you have a stable connection. Download time may vary depending on your connection.

The installer says it needs more free space on my hard drive. What do I do?
Dragonica™ Online requires at least 2GB of free space available on your hard drive. Please free up additional space to install the game.

Is there anything else my computer needs to download and install the game?

Dragonica™ Online requires DirectX® to play. The Dragonica™ Online installer will NOT check your computer to verify that DirectX® is installed. Check out the game’s system requirements here:

What is DirectX® and how do I get it?
DirectX® is a free Microsoft application that Dragonica™ Online requires to run. If your system does not have DirectX® installed, please download the latest version here:

Why won’t the game install on my computer? Is it because I don’t use Windows?
Yes. At this time, THQ*ICE games only work on Windows® XP® and Windows® Vista®.

I have Windows® Vista® but the game still isn’t installing. What’s wrong?
If you have the User Access Control (UAC) on, it may take 2-5 minutes before the first window of the Install Wizard displays.

I don’t have any of the issues mentioned here and still can’t download or install. Now what?
